Modern Brownstone Duplex with Backyard Terrace

Stayed here with 4 other people. The living room and kitchen were a great hangout space and there was also a great back porch space that unfortunately we didn't utilize because of the weather. The kitchen was also stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed to make breakfast (there are grocery/corner stores a block away to get any ingredients you may need). Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very nice. The furniture, decorations, and general renovations give a very classy vibe to the place. All of those things are great and if you plan on just staying in for the night, you'll be very comfortable. But we also enjoyed the location--this place is within walking-distance to a TON of great cafes, restaraunts, and bars that give you the flavor of the neighborhood, Bedford-Stuyvesant. Walter and Karen were responsive to my questions. There was an issue I had with VRBO during the weeks leading up to the booking but the Walter was always responsive and reassuring to me about our booking. I HIGHLY recommend the property and its location as a great stay in Brooklyn.

We had a great trip, everyone was comfortable, the place felt safe, and when we were tired and didn't want to go out anymore we found TONS of doordash options haha.

This was a perfect location, amazing property and attentive support from the hosts. We loved the time together as a family and both the accommodations and outside space was spectacular. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully return again! thank you to Walter and Karen.

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay here. The location is easy to find and we were able to park right outside. The brownstone is beautiful and even larger than what it looks like in the photos, especially having two floors. The beds are comfortable, the appliances are brand new and we were extremely pleased with everything. We were even able to enjoy the outside yard because the weather was nice and sat there for a few hours. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed for a weekend together with our daughter. Also, the two full bathrooms are wonderful to have. The hosts were extremely accommodating and always quick to answer anything we asked. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! Bill, Liz & Megan
