Modern Brownstone Duplex with Backyard Terrace

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Utica subway stop. The apartment had everything we needed. True description of the owners.This apartment is already part of our little family history.We would come back without hesitation! Thank you for everything.

We had a really good time in this apartment. Everything was clean and it looked the same as on the pictures. 10/10 from our side!!

The property was just as pictured online. The hosts were very communicative with tons of suggestions and tips for things to do. We loved the outdoor space. Overall we couldn’t have found a better place for the price. We were very pleased!

Very beautiful and well stocked. Great amenities and proximity to shops/activities. The host was very responsive to any questions or minor concerns.

We got check in code 2 hours late, and the entry code was not specific to us for our stay. A cleaning service had this code and came thru the entry door, asking to do laundry. Very disconcerting. We did not know who this person was, asking to come in. There was not enough TP for our stay, we had to arrange with owner to get more. We are on vacation and did not appreciate this inconvenience. Unit is nicely updated, bed was pretty comfortable, but sheets do not fit the bed well, they are too big, and kept bunching up, not comfortable. Also, be good to have lightweight blanket option on the bed…there was a very heavy, warm comforter. So having just the sheet was not warm enough, and the down comforter too warm. Overall the kitchen was not well equipped. Was very quiet neighborhood however.
